Our community-based app connects women who seek support or help with trained guardians around them in real-time.

With safe communities in over a hundred countries across the globe, we are proud to provide an innovative solution to one of the most burning social issues of our time.

We are currently expanding our world-class team and looking for a results-driven Brand Ambassador Program Manager to join and be an integral part of our mission. This is a hands-on role in which you’ll own SafeUP’s ambassador program from planning to execution. This is a key role in our Engagement Department, and your KPIs will be focused on forming, maintaining, and advancing active and vigorous SafeUP communities.

What will you be doing

  • Build, implement, and manage SafeUP’s brand ambassadors program on US college campuses. 

  • Promote SafeUP’s vision and solution through planning and executing unique, creative, and strategic events and social media campaigns aimed at Gen-Z audience.

  • Manage sponsorships, partnerships, engaging events, and guerrilla marketing projects; work with external partners and internal teams to execute events efficiently. 

  • Recruit and train College Ambassadors and liaise with them frequently.

  • Create and execute targeted growth-driven tactics to more campuses across the US.

  • Understand, track, and manage Gen Z-specific trends and competitive landscape at the university level.

  • Work closely with the marketing department and adjust the content to the relevant audience.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideological affinity to our mission.

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, psychology, management, etc.)

  • Demonstrable experience in spearheading ventures from scratch and making them thrive.

  • Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams and building collaborative partnerships with key partners. 

  • Creative, committed, and determined individual with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach.

  • Experience managing multiple initiatives at the same time and working with internal and external teams to ensure programs are launched seamlessly and to the highest impact

  • Extensive knowledge of current United States University culture, as well as a vast network of contacts.

  • Experience in marketing-related fields. Examples of related experience include Content Marketing and Copywriting, Social media Marketing, Marketing Analysis, and Growth Marketing, Event Execution (Either virtual or IRL).

  • A Growth mindset, Proficient in presentation, public speaking, and storytelling.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • An amazing team player whose comfortable working independently. 

  • A self-starter, proactive and flexible; must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
