Our community-based app connects women who seek support or help with trained guardians around them in real-time.

With safe communities in over a hundred countries across the globe, we are proud to provide an innovative solution to one of the most burning social issues of our time.

We are currently expanding our world-class team and looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Growth team and be an integral part of our mission. This is a hands-on role in which you’ll form, promote, and maintain valuable partnerships end-to-end. This is a key role in our Growth Department, and your KPIs will be focused on expanding SafeUP’s user base by forming meaningful collaborations with high-quality partners.

What will you be doing

  • Prospect, pursue, and onboard new business partners.

  • Market analysis and research to achieve excellence in reaching potential partners and forming collaborations.

  • Champion SafeUP’s solution and vision across government, public and private sector organizations.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.

  • Fully understand and assess the partner’s needs, motivations, and pain points.

  • Track, report, analyze, and optimize the performance of partnerships to inform SafeUP’s marketing and product roadmaps.

  • Engage with marketing, sales, product, legal, and engagement to define winning strategies and messages.

  • Represent SafeUP at relevant industry events and media outlets.

  • Demonstrable experience developing partnerships by collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and organizations.

  • A Growth mindset, Proficient in presentation, public speaking, and storytelling.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Demonstrable skills in all aspects of planning, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field (marketing, management, economic, etc.)

  • A positive and committed person with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach.

  • A problem solver and a forward thinker with excellent time management skills and the ability to break large projects into manageable pieces.

  • An amazing team player whose comfortable working independently.
