We are expanding our world-class team and looking for a Customer Support Representative to join and be an integral part of our mission. 


Who are we?

Safeup - Women's Safety Net is a young startup that is working towards changing the world and creating a safer reality for girls and women. Our community-based app connects women who seek support, accompany, or help with trained guardians around them in real-time.

What will you be doing

  • You are the face of the company so you will need to quickly and effectively respond to users through a live chat.

  • Verify future users who want to join the SafeUp community. 

  • Communicating with users through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM.

  • Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideological affinity to our mission.

  • People-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Availability for 3 shifts per week at least (Sunday to Sunday 15:00-20:00 or 19:00- 24:00 Eastern Time with a possibility to work double shifts).

  • Passion for being a part of a fast-growing. environment and a “get things done” mentality.

  • Native English speaker – a MUST.

  • Additional language - an advantage.

  • Good energy.
