We are expanding our world-class team and looking for a Customer Support Representative to join and be an integral part of our mission.

Who are we?
Safeup - Women's Safety Net is a young startup that is working towards changing the world and creating a safer reality for girls and women. Our community-based app connects women who seek support, accompany, or help with trained guardians around them in real-time.
What will you be doing

You are the face of the company so you will need to quickly and effectively respond to users through a live chat.

Verify future users who want to join the SafeUp community.

Communicating with users through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM.

Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues.

Proficient computer skills.

Availability for 3 shifts per week at least (Sunday to Sunday 15:00-20:00 or 19:00- 24:00 Eastern Time with a possibility to work double shifts).

Native English speaker – a MUST.
