Who are we?

SafeUP is creating a safer reality for girls and women around the world.

Our community-based app connects women who seek support or help with trained guardians around them in real-time.

With safe communities in over a hundred countries across the globe, we are proud to provide an innovative solution to one of the most burning social issues of our time.

We are currently expanding our world-class team and looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join and be an integral part of our mission.

What will you be doing

  • Verify future users who want to join the SafeUp community.

  • Respond to live chats with users.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM.

  • Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues.

  • Additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideological affinity to our mission.

  •  Availability for a 3 shifts per week at least (7:00-16:00, 15:00-24:00 ET time).

  • People-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Passion for being a part of a fast-growing environment and a “get things done” mentality.

  • Native English speaker – a MUST.

  • Additional language - an advantage.

  • Social media orientation - a big advantage.
