Organic Marketing Manager, US

We are growing our world-class team, and are looking for a results-driven Growth Lead to join as an integral part of our mission and team. As Growth Lead, you will own SafeUP’s marketing operation and identify new opportunities. This is a senior-level role in our Growth Department, and your KPIs will be focused on expanding SafeUP’s user base.

What will you be doing

Form, execute, and monitor a growth marketing strategy across all touchpoints, including PR, social media, influencer marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing.

Collaborate closely with product, content, design, and business development leaders to develop and reflect SafeUP’s voice across the organization.

Manage and grow vendor relationships.

Leverage data and analytics to hit growth and brand KPIs.

Envision, strategize, and measure designated marketing projects (e.g., promotional videos, ads, guerilla, etc.)

Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and form roadmaps.

Spreadhead growth-led engagement campaigns within SafeUP’s global communities.

What are we looking for?

3-5 years experience in a marketing/branding role in a consumer-focused software/mobile company.

An inventive thinker who can ideate and execute creative, impactful, out-of-the-box initiatives.

A strong analyst who can take insights from sparse, incomplete data.

Deep cultural understanding of our primary target market: American women.

An undergraduate degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, psychology, etc.)

A can-do person with a flexible approach - who knows how to get things done by getting their hands dirty.

An amazing team player who is also comfortable working independently.
