SafeUP is creating a safer reality for girls and women around the world.

Our community-based app connects women who seek support or help with trained guardians around them in real-time.

With safe communities in over a hundred countries across the globe, we are proud to provide an innovative solution to one of the most burning social issues of our time.

We are currently expanding our world-class team and looking for HR & Office Manager to join and be an integral part of our mission. This is a hands-on role in which you’ll have full ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, make sure our office runs smoothly, effectively, and happily, and provide an unforgettable employee experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Source, recruit and hire talents across a wide range of Product Management, Marketing, Software Engineering, R&D, IT, and other tech roles.

  • Assist employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience.

  • Own the initial onboarding process of new SafeUP employees.

  • Spearhead office duties, including logistics, maintenance, and administration.

  • Manage all office issues such as purchasing office equipment, software, and online services.

  • Assist the finance department with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Manage external vendors (office supplies, cleaning crew, refreshments, etc.)

What are we looking for?

  • Ideological affinity to our mission.

  • 2-3 years of hiring \ office management experience.

  • Passion for being a part of a fast-growing environment and a “get things done” mentality.

  • People-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written, required.

  • A creative attitude, an ability to multitask, and a hands-on approach. 

  • Proven budget management and procurement experience.
