Our community-based app connects women who seek support or help with trained guardians around them in real-time.

We are currently expanding our world-class team and looking for HR & Office Manager to join and be an integral part of our mission. This is a hands-on role in which you’ll have full ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, make sure our office runs smoothly, effectively, and happily, and provide an unforgettable employee experience.
What will you be doing?

Source, recruit and hire talents across a wide range of Product Management, Marketing, Software Engineering, R&D, IT, and other tech roles.

Assist employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience.

Own the initial onboarding process of new SafeUP employees.

Spearhead office duties, including logistics, maintenance, and administration.

Manage all office issues such as purchasing office equipment, software, and online services.

Assist the finance department with administrative tasks as needed.

Manage external vendors (office supplies, cleaning crew, refreshments, etc.)

2-3 years of hiring \ office management experience.

Passion for being a part of a fast-growing environment and a “get things done” mentality.

People-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written, required.

A creative attitude, an ability to multitask, and a hands-on approach.

Proven budget management and procurement experience.
