Junior Customer Success -

SafeUP is growing, join us and be an integral part of our mission. We are looking for a responsible, passionate, self-started individual to join our customer success team. You will be in charge of the communication with our community members, and be the face of SafeUP.

You are:

  • Ideologically connected to our mission

  • People-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. 

  • Passionate for being a part of a fast-growing environment and a “get things done” mentality.

  • Native Hebrew & native English speaker – a MUST (Additional language- an advantage)

  • Social media orientated - a big advantage

  • Available for 3-5 shifts per week at least (Around 20 hours per week, mostly on evenings, IL time). Please note that the hours of the training will be 13:00- 18:00 (4-6 training days).

As a CS Representative, you will:

  • Verify future users who want to join the SafeUP community 

  • Respond to live chats with users 

  • Communicate with customers through various channels

  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM

  • Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues

  • Have additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product

Specifications:

  • Tel Aviv, Israel (option to work remotely)

  • Hourly pay, 30 Nis per hour.

  • Availability for 3-5 shifts per week at least

    • Around 20 hours per week, mostly on evenings, IL time.

    • Please note that the hours of the training will be 13:00- 18:00 (4-6 training days).
