R&D Team Lead
SafeUP is growing and we are looking for a results-driven R&D team lead to join us and become an integral part of our mission. This is a hands-on role which means, you'll own SafeUP R&D efforts end-to-end and lead our 8 team members with the ability to grow the team substantially.

A strong believer in our mission and a leader that drives progress in a fast paced environment.

A strong holistic understanding of Full Stack applications - a must.

An experienced manager with 2+ years of managing a team of developers to build backends and mobile apps used by at least 1 million users - a must.

An experienced programmer with 4+ years of experience in relevant areas - a must.

Experienced in DevOps, VoIP, Real-Time systems, PHP and Node JS - an advantage

A positive and committed person with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach.

A problem solver and a forward thinker with excellent time management skills and the ability to break large projects into manageable pieces.

An amazing team player who is comfortable working and managing remotely.
As R&D team lead you will:

Lead and manage the talented SafeUP R&D team.

Take part in the company’s management discussions & the characterization of the future product as well as the construction of its architecture.

Solve tech challenges by brilliant coding and mentoring your team members.
