Senior Android Developer
SafeUP is growing and we are looking for a results-driven Android Developer to join us and become an integral part of our mission. This is a hands-on role which means, you'll own SafeUP android app end-to-end.

You are:

A strong believer in our mission and a leader that drives progress in a fast-paced environment.

A software developer with proven experience of 3+ years hands-on programming as an Android mobile app developer (using Kotlin) and have the ability to lead end-to-end development of an Android app independently - a must.

Experienced with building at least one B2C app from the ground up, and worked on at least one app with more than 1 million users - an advantage.

Experienced with third-party libraries and APIs.

An amazing team player who is comfortable working remotely in a small team and own features from top to bottom.

A positive and committed person with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach.

A problem solver and a forward thinker with excellent time management skills and the ability to break large projects into manageable pieces.
As an Android developer, you will:

Be in charge of design, development and test multiple mobile features end-to-end independently.

Work closely and independently with a product manager and a UI designer.

Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps, suggest technology improvements and implement them
