Senior Marketing Manager, US

With safe communities in over a hundred countries across the globe, we are proud to provide an innovative solution to one of the most burning social issues of our time.

We are currently expanding our world-class team and looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join and be an integral part of our mission. This is a hands-on role in which you’ll own SafeUP’s marketing efforts end-to-end and creatively identify new marketing initiatives. This is a key role in our Growth Department, and your KPIs will be focused on expanding SafeUP’s user base.

What will you be doing

  • Form, execute, and monitor growth marketing strategy across all touchpoints, including PR, social media, influencer marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Partner closely with vertical leaders and colleagues in product, content, design, and business development to develop, implement, and reflect our brand voice.

  • Manage and grow vendor relationships and develop integrated solutions across all performance marketing channels. 

  • Leverage data and analytics in strategic decisions by building a marketing plan against specific growth and brand KPIs.

  • Envision, strategize, and measure designated marketing projects (e.g., promotional videos, ads, guerilla, etc.)

  • Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and form roadmaps. 
  • Spreadhead growth-led engagement campaigns within SafeUP’s global communities.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideological affinity to our mission.

  • 3-5 years experience from a successful mobile app company in a marketing \ brand role. 

  • Growth mindset with a strong analytical understanding that measures marketing activities aligned with overall business goals and impact. 

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, 

  • psychology, etc.)

  • A positive and committed person with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach.

  • A problem solver and a forward thinker with excellent time management skills and the ability to break large projects into manageable pieces.

  • An amazing team player whose comfortable working independently. 

  • Knowledge and experience of focusing on specific audience segments in the US. 

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with outstanding analytical skills.
