Israel Communities Manager
SafeUP is growing, join us and be an integral part of our mission. We are looking for a responsible, passionate, self-starter individual to join the growth team. You will be in charge of SafeUP’s communities in Israel, and our Israeli marketing and social media channels.

You are:

Ideologically connected to our mission - a must.

Able to take initiatives from ideas to actions quickly - ‘Entrepreneur spirit’.

Experienced in defining social media strategy, KPIs, and goals to grow audience and engagement - a must (2+ years).

Experienced and able to demonstrate building a successful online community - a must.

Experienced in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn) - a must (2+ years).

An outstanding organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to details.

A people person with strong communication skills as well as public speaking skills, speaking on camera, storytelling, and content creation.

Experienced in managing volunteers and/or communities - an advantage.

Experienced in working in a startup environment - an advantage.

Excellent in writing and speaking in both Hebrew and English.

As Israel Communities Manager, you will:
-
Build and execute a full-cycle social media strategy, generate, edit, publish, and share content that builds SafeUP’s brand.

Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.

Partner and manage relationships with public organizations, companies, NGOs, municipalities, suppliers, and more.

Manage and grow online and product communities to engage community members.

Locate, recruit, train, and accompany community managers and volunteers all over Israel.

Respond to community members in a timely manner on all platforms.

Develop and deliver training, lectures, and educational programs throughout Israel.

Our offices are near Ramat Gan central train station, and most staff members are expected to arrive at the office 3 times a week.

As part of this role, you’ll need to travel around the country for work, meet your community managers, and more, so your schedule is more flexible based on your needs.
